The R200 Differential Swap Kit was developed in response to the rising cost of competing options and the long lead times associated with custom axles. We saw too many builds sidelined for months waiting on replacement axles, only to face the same problem again if another axle failed.

Benefits

This kit features billet chromoly 29-spline hubs designed to work with OEM Nissan 350Z axles, eliminating the need for expensive custom axles with long lead times. Replacement axles are readily available at most local parts stores, typically costing around $80 each with a lifetime warranty.

The differential mounts are constructed from MIG-welded steel and utilize a bolt-in rear mount with a weld-on front mount designed to reinforce the subframe and evenly distribute load to help eliminate cracking under high torque applications.

The Nissan R200 differential, commonly found in the 350Z, 370Z, G35, and G37, is well known for reliably handling over 1000WHP. With factory gear ratios ranging from 3.357 to 3.916, along with a wide range of aftermarket gearing and LSD options available, the R200 platform offers excellent flexibility for both street and motorsport applications. This kit also utilizes two driver-side 350Z axles, which have proven capable of supporting 750+WHP in demanding street, drift, and track environments.

This kit is suitable for a wide range of applications, from a stock-powered Miata looking for gear ratio options to high-horsepower LS-swapped builds needing a dependable way to put power to the ground.
