Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or delays with manufacturing, we will notify you by email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Domestic (Canada) Shipping
Orders within Canada typically arrive within 2–5 business days after dispatch. Local pickup may also be available by appointment.

United States Shipping
Orders shipped to the U.S. typically arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch.
Please note: U.S. customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, or tariffs. These fees are not included in the product or shipping price and are collected by U.S. Customs upon delivery.

International Shipping
We currently only ship within Canada and the United States. For special international requests, please contact us directly.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking details to update.

Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Keep all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing.
