Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days of receiving your order — no exceptions.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
Proof of Purchase
Please include your receipt or proof of purchase with any return.

Returns must be prepaid and insured by the customer.

A Return Authorization must be obtained prior to sending your item back. Contact us through the chat icon to request one.

Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

A 20% restocking fee applies to all approved returns.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
