Return & Exchange Policy

By placing an order with Squid Works Inc, you acknowledge and accept all terms outlined in our pricing and return policies.

Return Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days of receiving your order — no exceptions.

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
  

Proof of Purchase

Please include your receipt or proof of purchase with any return.

Return Process

• Returns must be prepaid and insured by the customer.

• A Return Authorization must be obtained prior to sending your item back. Contact us through the chat icon to request one.

• Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

• A 20% restocking fee applies to all approved returns.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

• If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

• Please note that banks or credit card providers may take additional time to post the refund.

• If it has been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved, please contact us.

Non-Returnable Items

• Pre-Order and Custom order items are final sale — no returns, refunds, or cancellations.
